Dimitre Horton’s construction career began in 2002 as a customer service punch list technician, where he gained hands-on experience tackling everything from attic to basement repairs. His knack for problem-solving and keen attention to detail quickly propelled him into a maintenance technician role at a residential housing community, where he became a trusted resource for residents, solving a wide range of issues and enhancing the overall living experience.

Building on his expertise, Dimitre transitioned into commercial maintenance as a facilities director, where he successfully managed properties up to 130,000 square feet and 66 acres of land. His leadership skills shone as he streamlined operations, maintained high standards, and ensured every property ran smoothly and efficiently.
